New U Physical Therapy is a modern and newly equipped facility founded by Dr. Boris Polonskiy, MS, DPT in 2007. Boris earned his masters degree in Physical Therapy from University of Staten Island in 2005. He then went on to complete his doctorate degree in Des Moines University/Medical School of Iowa in 2008.
